Avocado Powder SRM is intended for evaluating methods used to determine vitamins, elements, proximates, amino acids, and fatty acids in freeze-dried avocado powder and other materials of a similar matrix.

- Certified mass fraction values for various element are provided on a dry-mass basisand values are metrologicallytraceable to the SI unit for mass and estimated using purity evaluations and gravimetric process, expressed asmilligrams analyte per kilogram sample (mg/kg).
- Accompaniedwith non-certified values presented as the best estimates of true values and aremetrologically traceable to results obtained from NIST measurement processusing standard methods.
- Non-certified values are ideal for method harmonization, methoddevelopment, and process control.
- Expirationcertification, source, instructions for storage and use are provided on the NIST certificate.
