Buspirone, sold under the trade name Buspar^®, is an antidepressant marketed for treatment of generalized anxiety disorder and clinical depression. Suitable uses for this Certified Spiking Solution^®include as starting material for calibrators and controls in antidepressant testing methods by LC/MS or GC/MS for clinical toxicology, urine drug testing, or forensic analysis applications.

Applicazioni

• Optimization of Buspirone Hydrochloride-Loaded In Situ Gel for Pediatric Anxiety: This study utilized response surface methodology to develop an optimized formulation of buspirone hydrochloride in situ gel, specifically designed for pediatric anxiety treatment. (Abdallah et al., 2022).
