The antibody binds to thymocytes expressing the Thy-1.1 determinant (Rat and AKR mouse) but not to those with the Thy-1.2 determinant (BALB/c or CBA mouse). The OX-7 antigen has a molecular weight of 18kDa.

Rotina de subcultura

Seed at 5x10,000 viable cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 5x100,000-1x1,000,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days); 5% CO₂; 37°C.
