Description générale

Il s'agit d'un substrat chromogène permettant de doser les phosphatases acide et alcaline. La réaction donne un produit final soluble de couleur jaune. Elle peut être arrêtée par l'ajout de NaOH 3 N, puis mesurée à 405 nm.

Application

Le sel disodique de 4-nitrophényl-phosphate hexahydraté a été utilisé dans les applications suivantes :
  • test ELISA permettant de visualiser la fixation de la glycoprotéine VI (GPVI) sur le collagène de type I (Col I)
  • réaction enzymatique colorée permettant de réaliser un dosage semi-quantitatif par la méthode ELISA des IgE spécifiques d'un allergène
  • dosage de la phosphatase alcaline
