Allgemeine Beschreibung

Die Immobilon®-PSQ-Membran ist eine mikroporöse 0,2-μm-Membran aus Polyvinylidenfluorid (PVDF). Sie wurde zur Maximierung der Proteinbindung entwickelt. Die Immobilon®-PSQ-Membran wird für die direkte Proteinsequenzierung und Immundetektion nach dem Elektroblotting von Proteinen aus Elektrophoresegelen (oder der Punktbindung von aufgereinigten Proteinproben), insbesondere für Proteine mit einem Molekulargewicht von unter 20.000 empfohlen. Diese Membran ist mit Tank- und halbtrockenen Elektroblotting-Systemen kompatibel.

Anwendung

Die Immobilon®-PSQ-PVDF-Membran wird in Western-Blots verwendet.

  • Höhere Proteinadsorptions- und Sequenzierungsausbeute als andere Membranen
