Hi-Flow^™ Plus membranes are designed and optimised for use in rapid diagnostic lateral flow tests that require superior consistency and performance. Lateral flow tests facilitate quick and convenient detection/quantification of analytes such as antibodies and antigens present in biological samples, including blood, saliva, and urine. Hi-Flow^™ Plus membranes are ideally suited for such applications. Available in a variety of capillary flow times and backing options, choosing Hi-Flow Plus membranes can improve assay performance and offer flexibility to meet a wide range of assay design requirements. Hi-Flow^™ Plus 135 (HF135) is suitable for tests where a balance between speed and sensitivity is desired. This Hi-Flow^™ Plus 135 pack comprises 14 slit rolls of 2 mil backed nitrocellulose membrane with a nominal capillary flow time of 135 seconds/4 cm.

They are optimized for use in both qualitative and quantitative test types and pair well with lateral flow detector particles including colloidal gold nanoparticles, dyed/ fluorescent microspheres, etc. Hi-Flow^™ Plus membranes are suitable for use in lateral flow tests designed to detect analytes present in a broad range of samples matrices including, blood, saliva, urine, nasopharyngeal swabs, sweat and others.
