Features and Benefits

Bis-dPEG®5-NHS ester is a homobifunctional dPEG® crosslinking product which allows conjugation to two different moieties, each containing free amines. The single molecular weight dPEG® spacer provides precise distance control between conjugated moieties. N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester versions are highly reactive to free amines.
