[12-(4-Ethylphenyl)dodecyl] 2-nitrophenyl ether is a plasticizer mainly used during electrode preparation.

Application

It was used in preparation of PVC membrane cocktail with multi-wall carbon nanotubes, in a study done to investigate the use of solid-contact (SC) ion-selective electrodes (ISE) in combination with an radio-frequency identification potentiometer.

Packaging

Bottomless glass bottle. Contents are inside inserted fused cone.

Other Notes

Lipophilic plasticizer (log PTLC=12.8) with excellent characteristics for use in magnesium selective membrane electrodes
