TNKS1 (TRF1-interacting ankyrin-related ADP-ribose polymerase 1), also known as PARP5A, TANK1, or tanykyrase-1 (GenBank Accession No. NM_003747), amino acids 1000-1328 (end) with N-terminal GST-tag, MW=62.5 kDa, expressed in Sf9 cells via a Baculovirus expression system.

Application

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
