General description
We are pleased to offer these products from BioIVT.
T cells are lymphocytes, a subset of of white blood cells, that are important to adaptive immunity. T cells orginate in the bone marrow and mature in the thymus where they expand and differentiate into helper, regulatory, or cytotoxic T cells or become memory T cells. CD4+ T cells are a subset of T cells that make up the majority of T cells. Although there are distinct subsets of CD4+ cells that have various functions, CD4+ T cells are primarily considered helper T cells. CD4+ helper T cells are isolated from mononuclear cells via immunomagnetic separation. CD4+ Pan T cells can be isolated from a variety of tissue sources including peripheral blood and lymphoid tissues.
Used for a variety of applications, T cells are frequently utilized in drug discovery/development, assay validation/development, cell therapy tissue engineering, mixed lymphocyte reaction assays, and other immunology applications.
