Application

El FBS se utiliza en una amplia variedad de aplicaciones de cultivo celular. El FBS proporciona muchos factores no definidos de promoción del crecimiento y de mejora de la supervivencia de las células en cultivo.

Preparation Note

Preparado mediante calentamiento a 56°C durante 30 minutos. El calentamiento del suero a 56°C durante 30 minutos se utiliza para inactivar el sistema del complemento para inmunoanálisis. La inactivación por calor también inactiva otros inhibidores indeterminados del crecimiento celular en cultivo.
