Las tiras Costar 1 x 8 vienen premontadas en un porta-tiras de 96 pocillos al estilo «caja de huevos». Las tiras sólo encajan en el soporte de una manera, lo que evita su orientación errónea. Si se necesita colocar una tapa, ésta se ajusta por las muescas al porta-tiras completamente ensamblado.

Application

Corning 1 x 8 Stripwell plates have been used extensively in various ELISA and competitive biopanning experiments wherein these plates have been coated with specific antigens to be able to detect and differentiate distinct types of proteins and antibodies.
