Human interferon-beta (IFN-beta). Recognizes amino acids 30-47 of IFN-beta. No cross-reactivity with Human IFN-alpha or IFN-gamma.

Anti-Interferon-β Antibody, clone A1 detects level of Interferon-β & has been published & validated for use in ELISA & WB.

Immunoblotting

ELISA

Neutralization of IFN-beta bioactivity; 90% reduction of bioactivity at 1.4 μg/mL for recombinant IFN-beta and 2.7 μg/mL for natural IFN-beta. Assay method used is provided in Grossberg, S.E. et al, Manual of Clinical Immunology.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
