抗-GLP1R抗体可检测总GLP1R蛋白的内源性水平。
胰高血糖素样肽1受体(GLP1R)蛋白属于B类G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)分泌素家族。这一经典七重跨膜蛋白在心血管系统中大量表达。GLP1R基因位于人染色体6p21上。抗GLP1R抗体检测总GLP1R蛋白的内源性水平。

该抗血清是针对衍生自人GLP1R的合成肽而生成的。

應用

兔抗GLP1R抗体可用于免疫组织化学染色分析。

生化/生理作用

胰高血糖素样肽1受体(GLP1R)蛋白参与蛋白激酶A (PKA)、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)、MEK1/2和内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)通路的激活。因此,它在减少细胞凋亡、改善能量代谢、减轻心肌细胞炎症、舒张心肌动脉血管等方面发挥关键作用。GLP1R的N端胞外结构域参与配体结合。GLP1R基因的改变可能增加冠心病(CAD)的风险。
