程序性细胞死亡1配体1（PD-L1），又称分化簇（CD274）或B7同源物1（B7-H1），是不断增长的B7免疫分子家族的成员。PD-L1是一种细胞表面免疫球蛋白，胞外区有两个Ig样结构域和一个短胞质结构域。该蛋白在心脏、骨骼肌、胎盘和肺中高表达，在胸腺、脾脏、肾脏和肝脏中弱表达。PD-L1在活化的T细胞、B细胞、树突状细胞、角质形成细胞和单核细胞上表达。编码它的基因位于人类染色体9p24.1。

程序性细胞死亡1配体1（PD-L1）参与细胞和体液免疫反应的调节。（4）脂多糖 (LPS) 和干扰素-γ（IFNG）激活后，PD-L1在T细胞和B细胞、树突状细胞、角质形成细胞和单核细胞中上调，并在表面Ig交联激活的B细胞中上调。PD-L1以白细胞介素-2依赖性方式和程序性细胞死亡1（PDCD1）非依赖性方式参与共刺激信号，该信号对T细胞增殖以及白细胞介素-10（IL10）和IFNG的产生至关重要。
