N -亚硝基- N -乙基脲已被用作诱变剂。

生化／生理作用

在许多动物种属中具有致癌性的 DNA 烷化剂。诱发多种类型的良性和恶性肿瘤，包括神经组织、胃、食管、胰腺、呼吸道、肠、淋巴网状组织、皮肤和肾脏。

包裝

包装在带硅/PTFE 隔膜和铝泪液密封的 100 mL 血清瓶中。
1 小瓶含 1g，以无水物计。

注意

注入任何相容的溶剂可制备任何所需浓度的溶液，无需暴露。

重構

将内容物溶于 100 mL 溶剂中，得到 1% 溶液。
