原則
过氧化物检测试剂盒提供简单且高通量的适应性测定法,用于定量测定无需预处理的多种生物样品(如血清、柠檬酸盐-血浆、尿液、细胞裂解液和培养基)中的过氧化物浓度。该检测利用Fe3+ −二甲酚橙显色反应,样品中的过氧化物将Fe2+氧化为Fe3+,(与二甲酚橙)形成可通过比色法(585 nm)测定的紫色复合物,与过氧化物浓度成正比。优化后的配方可减少原始样品中其他物质的干扰。1 μM H2O2的浓度相当于34 ng/mL或34 ppb。该试剂盒的检测范围为0.2–30 μM (7–1,020 ng/mL)H2O2(96孔板形式)。
