游离脂肪酸,也称为非酯化脂肪酸,在血浆中与白蛋白结合并循环。大多数游离脂肪酸要么来自于饮食来源,要么来自于脂肪组织。血浆游离脂肪酸在许多与肥胖相关的疾病中升高,可能导致外周组织的胰岛素抵抗。脓毒症和产生脂肪活性单体的肿瘤等情况也可能与游离脂肪酸水平升高有关。
脂肪酸代谢异常导致脂肪肝。肌细胞中游离脂肪酸的积累会引起心脏功能障碍风险。β-脂肪酸的升高与心肌缺血有关。

應用
游离脂肪酸检测试剂盒已可用于以下:
- 通过测定消化样品中游离脂肪酸的含量来测定脂质水解。
- 测定血浆和血清中的游离脂肪酸水平。
- 定量肝组织中的游离脂肪酸水平。
適合性
适用于检测各种生物样品中的长链游离脂肪酸,如血清、血浆等体液、食品、生长培养基等。
原則
在该试剂盒中,游离脂肪酸(C8以及更长)的浓度由耦合酶测定法测定,其结果为比色法(570 nm)/荧光法(λex = 535/λem = 587 nm)产物,与脂肪酸含量成正比。
