應用

生化／生理作用

Rho GTPase-activating protein 1 (ARHGAP1) regulates the GTP hydrolytic activity of proteins like cell division control protein-42 (Cdc42). The cycling of Cdc42 between its on (GTP-bound) and off (GDP-bound) states is important for its activation of cell growth and transformation.
