生化/生理作用

这种酶的哺乳动物形式,包括这种牛形式,可以使用 NADP (H) 或 NAD (H) 作为辅酶。 L -谷氨酸脱氢酶在哺乳动物代谢中起着独特角色。该酶催化的逆向反应是氨与 α-淀粉结合的唯一途径。-α 的碳原子-因此,羧酸是哺乳动物中从头合成氨基酸的唯一来源。

牛酶的特点有三组属性:
