一般說明

Asolectin 由大致相等比例的卵磷脂、脑磷脂和磷脂酰肌醇以及少量其他磷脂和极性脂质组成。良好的脂肪酸来源:约 24% 饱和脂肪酸,14% 单不饱和脂肪酸和 62% 多不饱和脂肪酸。在膜研究中用于囊泡的重建;水溶性大豆磷脂的溶胀及其作为水包油乳化剂的作用。
