Reagent-cartridge Oxazepane is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the synthesis of an oxazepane heterocycle from an aldehyde through the use of a SnAP reagent. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents for transforming the chosen aldehyde into an oxazepane heterocycle.

Scale: up to 0.5 mmol
Heterocycle: Oxazepane
Compatible substrates: aldehyde

• Cu catalyst (Cu(OTF)₂ and 2,6-lutidinium triflate)
