Reagent-cartridge 3-Methylmorpholine is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the synthesis of a 3-methylmorpholine heterocycle from an aldehyde through the use of a SnAP reagent. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents for transforming the chosen aldehyde into a 3-methylmorpholine heterocycle.

Scale: up to 0.5 mmol
Heterocycle: 3-Methylmorpholine
Compatible substrates: aldehyde

  • Immobilized SnAP reagent
  • Cu catalyst (Cu(OTF)2 and 2,6-lutidinium triflate)
  • SCX (for purification)
  • Silica (for purification)
