準備報告

将42.1 g含有甲苯胺蓝的DNA酶检测琼脂悬浮于1000 ml的蒸馏水中。加热并频繁搅拌至培养基完全溶解。在12至15磅压力（118°C至121°C）下高压灭菌15分钟。冷却至45°C并倾倒至培养皿中。
