HiCrome 金黄色葡萄球菌琼脂基础建议用于分离和计数环境样品中的凝固酶阳性金黄色葡萄球菌。凝固酶阳性金黄色葡萄球菌可产生棕黑色菌落,而表皮葡萄球菌则产生浅黄棕色菌落。

準備報告

Suspend 63.1 g in 950 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 min. Cool to 50°C and aseptically add 50 ml concentrated Egg Yolk Tellurite Emulsion (Cat. No. 75208). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
