ESGRO Complete Accutase 是一种蛋白水解和胶原分解酶的细胞分离溶液,经确认可用于分离在无血清条件下用ESGRO Complete 克隆级培养基(目录号SF001-500)培养的小鼠胚胎干细胞。 Accutase 不含有哺乳动物或细菌来源产品。

應用

细胞分离:

1.将Accutase®在室温下解冻。

2.用无菌PBS洗涤孔板、烧瓶或珠子。

3.通过无菌程序添加Accutase至培养皿或烧瓶中(每75平方厘米表面积10 mL)。

4.经培养物放回37°C培养箱中,以分离细胞(5-10分钟)。

5.按常规操作进行细胞计数和传代。不需要额外的洗涤或酶抑制剂。

外觀

冷冻无菌液体,即用型制剂。 每批都已经过无菌性(通过USP膜过滤方法)、酶活性(通过合成发色四肽测试)和细胞与组织培养塑料的分离性能测试。

1X accutase® 酶,溶于含0.5 mM EDTA•4Na和3 mg/L苯酚红的Dulbecco′s PBS中。

儲存和穩定性

保存于-20°C可保持稳定。请参阅标签上的批次失效日期。 建议收货时保存于-20°C。 解冻后,Accutase® 可以在4°C下最多保存2个月。请勿在室温下存放。
