品質

• 每小瓶含有≥ 1X106个活细胞。
•通过PCR检测细胞,并通过Charles River动物诊断服务的Human Essential CLEAR面板评估,对HPV-16、HPV-18、甲型、乙型、丙型肝炎和HIV-1 & 2型病毒呈阴性。
•细胞对支原体污染呈阴性。
•通过STR分析对每批细胞进行基因分型,以验证细胞系的唯一身份。

儲存和穩定性

储存在液氮中。在初始解冻后,细胞可以培养至少10代,而不会显著影响细胞标志物的表达和功能。
