Millicell® EZ SLIDE允许用户在显微镜载玻片上直接生长、固定和染色细胞。分析之前,不需要拆卸单元或将细胞从一个设备转移到另一个设备。聚丙烯孔可以抵抗大多数固定剂,因此细胞可以在载玻片上生长,并在孔中染色。染色后,显微镜载玻片可以轻松去除,只需按下单元的四个侧面标签,将孔板从载玻片上提起即可。这种简单的载玻片移除降低了损坏细胞的风险,不需要专用工具将孔板从载玻片移除。盖板上的凸角便于在培养箱中堆叠多个单元,或者可以在随附的托盘中进行培养。

準備報告

  1. 按适宜的实验方案对细胞进行培养、固定和染色。
  2. 取显微镜载玻片时,在平整台面定住Millicell® EZ SLIDE,用拇指按下四个拨片。拿开盖子。定住载玻片,向上提起腔室。将载玻片从支撑架上取下。
