Millicell细胞培养嵌套板是一种专利装置，旨在支持内皮细胞和上皮细胞系（包括CaCo-2）的细胞生长和分化。



Millicell装置具有0.4 µm PCF和各种PET膜孔径。该板旨在最大程度地方便用户，并结合了诸如顶端辅助以更容易移液和基底外侧进入的功能。为了降低污染细胞单层的风险，薄膜板有支脚，使板子在从补料托盘拆下时高于工作表面。泪滴形接收器孔可消除板组装时的气泡。



优化Millicell平板以生长和维持高完整性的细胞单层。在Millicell平板膜上生长的细胞比在塑料上生长的更好，因为细胞从顶侧和基底外侧都得到营养。更加密切地模拟了体内细胞生长和功能。Millicell平板设计用于分析以及细胞生长，可以手动使用，也可以与自动细胞接种、补料和洗涤系统一起使用
