一般說明

谷氨酸是哺乳动物大脑中广泛使用的兴奋性神经递质。谷氨酸激活的离子通道通常分为两类。对N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)敏感的那些被称为NMDA受体(NMDAR)，而被红藻氨酸(KA)和a-氨基-3-羟基-5-甲基-4-异恶唑丙酸激活的那些(AMPA)被称为非NMDA受体。两个不同的基因编码NMDA受体亚基NR1和NR2。NR1亚基实际上在大脑的所有区域都大量表达。

特異性

识别NMDAR1受体氨基酸660-811之间的表位。显示与NMDAR2、NMDAR3、NMDAR4或NMDAR5无交叉反应性。

免疫原

含有GST和NMDAR1 aa的重组融合蛋白。660-811。
表位：跨膜区域III&IV之间的细胞外环。

應用

免疫细胞化学：

免疫组织化学：1:500-2000，针对2-4%多聚甲醛固定的组织:通常是自由浮动的、冷冻的或玻璃纤维切片，在4°C下24-48小时。石蜡包埋的福尔马林固定切片也以相似的稀释度和孵育时间使用。应注意不要过度固定组织。克隆54.1已用于光学和电子显微镜。

蛋白质印迹：
