C反应蛋白(CRP)是一种同源五聚体急性期炎性蛋白,属于正五聚蛋白家族。它是一种高度保守的血浆蛋白,主要在肝细胞中产生。它也由淋巴细胞、平滑肌细胞、巨噬细胞、内皮细胞和脂肪细胞合成。
應用
C反应蛋白(CRP)已用于:
- 作为模型分析物,使用非竞争夹心免疫分析法联合表面等离子体场增强荧光光谱法(SPFS)进行血清中CRP的抗干扰检测

生化/生理作用
C反应蛋白(CRP)在补体途径、细胞凋亡、吞噬作用、一氧化氮(NO)释放等过程中起着至关重要的作用。它还可调节白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α的产生。患有阑尾炎、胆囊炎、胰腺炎和脑膜炎的患者CRP水平升高。CRP可促进巨噬细胞中低密度脂蛋白的摄取。由于在心血管疾病的病理生理中起着至关重要的作用,使它成为炎症和心血管事件的有用标志物。
