一般說明

SMC^® 淀粉样蛋白 β 1-42 高灵敏度免疫检测试剂盒包含进行测定所需的所有试剂。该测定采用标准免疫测定工作流程，配置标准板形式。

测定方案与现有的夹心 ELISA 方法相似，但有两个主要区别：
1）洗脱缓冲液破坏三明治，分离标记的检测抗体用于进行定量。
2）Erenna 和 SMCxPRO^® 免疫测定系统使用单分子计数（SMC^®）技术检测分析物。

特異性

该捕获抗体识别淀粉样蛋白 β1-42 的 C 末端，具有对 Aβ42 的特异性。没有观察到与 Aβ38 和 Aβ40 的明显的交叉反应。
