C8 1-磷酸神经酰胺 (d17:1/8:0)是一种新型的生物活性鞘脂。由神经酰胺激酶(CERK)催化C8-神经酰胺或N-辛酰基-D-赤型-鞘氨醇(C17碱)磷酸化形成。C1P是磷脂酸盐的鞘脂类似物。
生化/生理作用
1-磷酸神经酰胺(C1P)充当促有丝分裂剂。它具有抗凋亡和生存特性。C1P刺激炎症反应并促进吞噬作用。它还具有负调节脂多糖诱导的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNFα)产生的能力。C1P被认为是激动剂刺激的鞘磷脂代谢的第二个脂质信使。
