生化/生理作用

溶血磷脂酸(LPA)是一种信号传导分子,通过 G 蛋白偶联受体(GPCR) 改变各种细胞反应。它刺激平滑肌收缩、细胞骨架重排和趋化作用。LPA 还参与诱导神经递质释放、细胞增殖、血小板聚集和 Ca2+ 动员。人血浆中 LPA 水平升高会导致卵巢癌和动脉粥样硬化。LPA 是卵巢癌的潜在生物标志物。
