生化/生理作用
黄嘌呤是黄嘌呤氧化酶的底物。它通过抑制组织磷酸二酯酶防止其分解和代谢,提高细胞环腺苷酸水平。黄嘌呤还可通过抗炎细胞因子释放、基因转录调节或组蛋白脱乙酰酶活化,表现出抗炎特性。黄嘌呤的上述特性有助于放松支气管树的平滑肌。
