生化/生理作用

灵芝酸A(GAA)可改善高脂饲料(HFD)喂养小鼠的脂质代谢、肠道菌群组成和高脂血症。它在多项体外研究中被证明可作为抗癌药物,抑制乳腺癌、人肝细胞癌细胞和骨肉瘤的细胞增殖。灵芝酸A对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)大鼠模型具有抗抑郁样行为、炎症和神经损伤的神经保护作用。还具有抗人免疫缺陷型病毒(HIV-1)活性。
