應用
MISSION® pLKO.1-puro-CMV-TurboGFP ™ 阳性对照质粒 DNA 已被用于构建 GATA2 过表达载体 (oeG2),方法是在 5′ 端去掉该载体的 GFP 盒。NheI 和 3′PstI 克隆位点,并用全长 GATA2 转录序列替代。
