應用

该试剂盒用于定量测定食品和其他材料中的天然淀粉，用淀葡糖苷酶-己糖激酶-葡萄糖6-磷酸脱氢酶酶法进行测定。淀粉葡糖苷酶催化淀粉水解为葡萄糖。 己糖激酶催化的反应中，葡萄糖被三磷酸腺苷（ATP）磷酸化。 然后，在烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸（NAD）存在的情况下，由6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶（G6PDH）催化反应，将6-磷酸葡萄糖（G6P）氧化为6-磷酸葡萄糖酸。 这一氧化过程中，等摩尔量的NAD被还原为NADH。 340 nm处吸光度的增加与葡萄糖浓度成正比。
