一般說明

2-油酰-1-棕榈锡-sn-甘油-3-磷酸胆碱 (POPC) 与哺乳动物磷脂的组成类似。它包括sn-1 位置的一条饱和链(棕榈酸)和sn-2 位置的一条不饱和链(油酸)。它是良好的EPC合成替代品。POPC与肺泡膜相关,是一种肺表面活性剂。
