生化/生理作用
聚嘧啶束结合蛋白相关剪接因子(PSF)在哺乳动物剪接体中起着关键作用。PSF也是pre-mRNA剪接和转录所必需的。PSF的受限表达表明,它参与控制神经元分化和成熟的特定阶段发生的神经元特异性剪接事件。与PSF特异性反应的单克隆抗体是PSF分子鉴定和功能活性表征的有用工具。
