生化/生理作用
烟酸单核苷酸(NaMN)可用于研究酵母中磷酸盐响应信号(PHO)途径与烟碱腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD(+))代谢之间的关系。 烟酸酯单核苷酸是NMN / NaMN腺苷转移酶(NMNAT)和烟酸酯单核苷酸腺苷转移酶的底物。NaMN酰胺化导致烟酰胺单核苷酸(NMN)的合成,其可进一步转化为NAD辅因子。
