生化/生理作用
N-亚硝基二乙胺(NDEA)是一种有效的肝癌性二烷基亚硝胺。它主要存在于烟草烟雾、水、切达干酪、腌制油炸食品和许多酒精饮料中。NDEA与DNA修复/复制相关的核酶的变化相关。它会导致所有动物物种中的多种肿瘤。其主要靶器官是鼻腔、气管、肺、食道和肝脏。

注意
通过注入任何相容的溶剂可在不暴露内容物的情况下制备任何所需强度的溶液。
重構
