最低必需培养基(MEM)是使用最广泛的合成细胞培养基之一。它包含更高浓度的氨基酸,所以培养基更接近培养哺乳动物细胞的蛋白质组成。MEM已用于在胎牛血清(FBS)、小牛或马血清环境中培养各种单层细胞和附着细胞系(如成纤维细胞)。
