黄绿素蓝是一种可渗透细胞的染料,可染色活细胞。进入细胞后,细胞内酯酶裂解乙酰氧基甲基(AM)酯基团,产生膜不透水的黄绿素蓝荧光染料。黄绿素蓝的染色应用包括肿瘤组织、矿化组织、骨骼、氨基酸等。

應用

黄绿素蓝用于骨矿化切片的荧光标记。黄绿素蓝的AM酯水解成黄绿素蓝适合作为一种活性染色剂,既可用于显微镜,也可用于荧光激活的细胞分选系统中。还用作活细胞的集合,如神经肌肉接头处的雪旺细胞。
