SIRT4（sirtuin 4）属于烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸依赖性酶的sirtuin家族。它是一种NAD+-依赖性ADP核糖基转移酶，位于线粒体中。发现SIRT4蛋白水平在ESCC（食管鳞状细胞癌）组织中更多。
