NAP色谱柱是一次性凝胶过滤色谱柱,预填充DNA级别的Sephadex® G-25葡聚糖凝胶,仅依靠重力跑柱。每包柱子都随附完整的分步实验方案,说明平衡、洗涤和样品洗脱所需固定体积。

特點和優勢

  • 利用重力流方式在不到15 min内快速高效地纯化DNA和寡核苷酸(10聚体)。
  • 预填充DNA级别的Sephadex® G-25葡聚糖树脂,0.15% Kathon CG/ICP杀菌剂蒸馏水预平衡。
  • 提供样品处理量不同的三种型号柱子:0.5 mL (NAP-5)、1 mL (NAP-10)或2.5 mL (NAP-25)。
