Sephadex® G-25葡聚糖凝胶由葡聚糖与环氧氯丙烷交联而成,用作体积排阻和凝胶过滤树脂。不同类型的Sephadex的交联度不同,因此其溶胀程度和分子分离范围也不同。Sephadex G-25是G型Sephadex中的一种型号。G型系列分5种型号,具有不同的分子量分离范围。其中,G-10适合分离小分子,G-75适合大分子。Sephadex G-25保证可靠供应并提供全面的技术和监管支持,以满足工业要求。
