黄豆黄素(Glycitein)是一种大豆(黄大豆)异黄酮,它的天然糖苷衍生物可协同染料木素诱导特定基因表达。 黄豆黄素可增强转录因子[核因子E2相关因子(Nrf2)和c-Jun]与抗氧化反应元件(ARE)在HO-1和NQO1启动子处的结合,可用于研究基因转录水平上的抗氧化过程。 黄豆黄素可与其他异黄酮(如染料木素和大豆苷元)共同用于研究细胞凋亡。
