脱氧核苷酸三磷酸（dNTP）是带负电荷的有机分子，其中包含与脱氧核糖结合的核碱基。该dNTPs组包括在单独的试管中的四种脱氧核糖核苷酸（即脱氧核糖腺苷三磷酸（dATP），脱氧核糖胞苷三磷酸（dCTP），脱氧核糖鸟苷三磷酸（dGTP）和脱氧核糖胸苷三磷酸（dTTP））的100mM水溶液各1.0 mL，以方便和容易地进行PCR反应设置。

生化／生理作用
脱氧核苷酸三磷酸（dNTP）是核酸分子的合成砌块，呈酸性。作为DNA聚合酶的底物。dNTP是PCR预混液的基本成分，因为它是DNA扩增反应所必需的。理想的dNTP含量可确保适当的染色体复制，进而保持基因组稳定性。
