生化/生理作用

脱氧核糖核酸酶II,也称为酸性DNA酶,可水解天然和变性DNA中的脱氧核糖核苷酸连接键,产生带有3′-磷酸的产物。体外最佳pH范围是4.5-5.0。它还可在pH 5.6-5.9下作用于对硝基苯基磷酸二酯。分子量约为38,000 Da。
